Forget confidence; it’s mere food for the ego.

Confidence or conviction. Which one’s better for us? You decide.
Here’s my take on it. Under the flag of confidence, we want to look better in front of people, and I believe that most likely it’s our ego front row centre, and if we’d done it, if we think we’ve screwed up, one of two things will happen.
- One, we’ll get embarrassed, and feel like an idiot.
- Second, we could lose our cool and get angry. None of which are helpful.
Now, total conviction is driven by something else; passion. When we feel conviction, it doesn’t matter what other people think. I’ll give you an example.
When you have total conviction for something like saving a loved one’s life; you will do everything you can without thinking about other people. You will take that conviction all the way to the end, and that’s what conviction is for me.
Another example, your back is against the wall financially, with conviction there is NO choice but to fight and claw your way to higher ground.
Conviction is a skill that must be mastered if you want to take life on. Do you want to stop worrying about what other people thing have total conviction in your mission in life, and you will get what you want from life!
Conviction is a skill that we can learn in a few weeks.
So cast confidence to oblivion because it’s mere FOOD for the ego.
