Can you spot the testosterone dominant metabolism?

That’s a great example of what is possible, not for the lean guy but, for the guy with the cortisol dominant metabolism.

He can lean out with ease when he removes what I call EDCs and artificial estrogen.

If there is no underlying pathology, anyone can fix the dysfunction in their metabolism, and it’s not difficult.

In under a year, he could make some big changes.
