The subconscious autopilot. We have to leverage it. I learnt this little bit of a strategy from some of the top minds on the planet, and it’s ever so simple. Call it karma. Call it the Law of Attraction, quantum mechanics. It’s all the same thing.
We have to, every few hours, well up those feelings that are going to draw to us the right circumstances, the right people, and the opportunities, but when … I’m guilty of this in the past. Every few hours, our subconscious mind truly goes in autopilot, like it goes in autopilot to worry. That’s not cool. Right? It’s not cool at all. It goes in autopilot to scratch an itch like maybe food or Facebook, whatever that itch is.
What we have to do is, every few hours, instead of letting it go to wherever the hell it wants, I mean, seriously, what we have to do is try to elicit the feelings that are going to draw to us the right people, opportunities, and circumstances that will serve us, not to worry, none of that bullshit.
What you have to train the subconscious mind, and incidentally, it learns through repetition, so if you let it go on autopilot to worry, even though that you don’t want that, that’s what it’s learning to do, becomes better at that. That’s just the way the brain works, so we have to be more intelligent than that in that being we have to learn how to well up those feelings, those powerful emotions that serve us.
Whatever the outcome of your day is, if it’s getting three videos done, if it’s kicking arse at work, whatever it is, you have to well up the feelings every two or three hours to produce that outcome and keep doing that to train the subconscious mind to tell it that you mean business, and you’re in control, and this is how it’s going to be, so karma, Law of Attraction, quantum mechanics starts working for you.
