BOTTOM LINE: Better biochemistry builds more resilient emotional states — 80% of the time, our big brain is enemy to what we truly want💯

Quick point, if one feels frustrated, they have frustrated thoughts. The same is true if one feels happy.

Our biochemistry determines THIS, and it all starts in our brain.

Thoughts create neurotransmitters; neurotransmitters create neuropeptides, neuropeptides enter the bloodstream and bind to glands in your body.

This stimulates the body to make POWERFUL hormones that produce feelings.

Now, scientists say 80% of our decisions are based on what we’re feeling, and they also say that 70% of our thoughts are negative, like worry about what other people think and our self-made insecurities.

The thoughts we think produce chemicals in the brain that allow our body to feel the way we’re thinking.

Now, here’s the KEY to overriding the brains C-Player mode: if your cellular intel is sick, it overrides our thoughts and put’s OUR BRAIN into a state of alarm and avoidance (A&A); then cortical inhibition follows, which physically changes the way your brain functions moving the blood from the cortex (intellect) to the emotional region:

If we can optimise our cellular intel, we can remove 70 to 80% of the brains A&A, negative thoughts and insecurities.

Moreover, guess what, our cellular intel optimises and starts producing fewer stress hormones (causing the brain to go A&A), and instead, significantly increased DHEA and MOJO output 💫
