1. Detox Your Kitchen

  1. Purchase an under sink water filter

SPECIAL MENTION: PERFUME / COLOGNE = Anything

Yes.  You read that right.  Of course, my wife and I aren’t really perfume or cologne users, so what do I know?  One major disclaimer: spray perfumes / colognes directly on your outer clothing and not your skin.

This is the game-changer in terms of toxicity.  Yes – you will lose some of the “base notes” from the fragrance (from the oil on your skin) but it’s a small price to pay. Hopefully, in the near future, perfume / cologne companies will be required to list all ingredients so we can all make decent informed decisions on this front.

5. Household products, bed sheets, and clothing.

Your wardrobe and bedding: Unfortunately, synthetic fibres are full of potential DNA damaging and endocrine disruptors. It’s a great idea to replace your bed sheets and sportware ASAP.

Other places these DNA damaging chemicals are hiding:

Candle smoke, air fresheners, chewing gum, PVC products, building materials (paint, adhesive, wall covering), personal-care products (perfume, eye shadow, moisturizer, artificial grass, nail polish, deodorizer, liquid soap, and hair spray), medical devices, detergents and surfactants, packaging, children’s toys, printing inks and coatings, pharmaceuticals and food products, textiles, household applications such as shower curtains, floor tiles, food containers and wrappers, and cleaning materials. R

Candles are potently releasing estrogen mimics and DNA damaging chemicals into the air. Along with air fresheners.

The ONLY safe candles I have found are made from beeswax.

You can get them from Amazon

0:00 Mitochondria & Energy Production
Mitochondria power your cells, fueling your energy. Phase one keeps energy steady; phase two supercharges fat loss and energy. The modern world, driven by profits, is killing your energy. Toxins, medications, and chemicals all destroy your mitochondria, leaving you drained.

1:44 Toxins & Subsidies
The government subsidizes pesticide-laden crops, fueling chronic disease. Glyphosate, a known carcinogen, contaminates our water and tissues. Companies like Bayer profit while we pay the price. It’s time to prioritize our health over corporate greed.

3:04 Food Additives & Health Risks
US food is loaded with harmful dyes and preservatives, banned elsewhere. These additives wreck your gut health, reducing energy and messing up detoxification. Chemicals are hiding in foods, drinks, and personal care products, sabotaging your energy production.

5:33 Personal Care Products & Energy
Preservatives in cosmetics and care products harm gut bacteria and slow down mitochondria, draining your energy. Watch out for chemicals in products—this affects your detox systems and your testosterone levels. Prioritize liver, kidney, and gut health to fight back.

7:46 Water Contamination & Hormone Disruption
Chemicals like Atrazine in drinking water mimic estrogen, disrupting testosterone. Legal limits don’t mean safe. Filtering your water is crucial—protect yourself from hormone disruption and oxidative stress.

13:46 Phthalates & Testosterone
Phthalates are everywhere—cosmetics, plastics, you name it. They harm testicular mitochondria, messing with testosterone, especially when losing weight. Healthy gut and immune function are key to detoxifying these harmful chemicals.

17:10 Obesogens & Health Risks
BPA and its analogs are everywhere, contributing to obesity, heart disease, and more. Reduce exposure by ditching toxic plastics and non-stick pans. A strong detox system helps handle what you can’t avoid.

18:53 EMFs & Reproductive Health
EMFs from phones and Wi-Fi hurt sperm quality and testosterone. Use protection, switch to flight mode when you can, and limit exposure to protect reproductive and brain health. Small actions add up for big health wins.

20:27 Fetal Exposure & Chemical Impact
Chemicals during pregnancy disrupt fetal androgen action, leading to lasting harm. Clean air is essential, and so is a strong gut, immune, and liver system to clear toxins. Protect your future generations.

24:07 Detoxification & Chemical Exposure
Your home is filled with toxins—detoxify your space for a healthier life. A strong gut, liver, and immune system are your allies. Reduce what you can, and tackle the rest. Don’t do it alone—reach out, stay strong, and protect your health.
