Timeframe
In my experience, once you correct the energy issues by following this section, a lot of those symptoms will get better.
From there, in the Ultimate Energy Blueprint—and depending on your metabolic health—if you have low symptoms, you’ll likely see significant improvement within 4-12 weeks. For those with a lot of symptoms, it might take 6-12 months.
Either way, you’re going to feel and look like a new man. Your peers will be asking you, “What happened? You look amazing!”
